The idea for Story Forum Basel wasn’t drawn up on an institution’s drawing board — it emerged as a collaborative process: authors who experienced the same gap in their everyday story development work joined forces, initiated by Balimage, together with authors from Germany, France and Switzerland.
Behind Story Forum Basel stands the working group Story Development Competence Centre of the industry association Balimage, an association for film and media art.
